VIth CWE by IBPS for Probationary Officer and Management Trainee posts

IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from 20 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT) posts twice in a year for their requirements.

VIth (6th) Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the IBPS as a per-requisites for selection of personnel for Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees posts in the following 20 Public Sector Bank. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations  as a Probationary Officer (PO) / Management Trainee (MT) or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE PO/MT-VI).

  • Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/  IDBI Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ UCO Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ Vijaya Bank

Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts :
  • Age : 20-30 years as on 01/07/2016, age relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM
  • Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
  • Indicative Vacancies of PO/MT : 8822 posts  (UR-4500, OBC-2319, SC-1338, ST-665) (PH-369)  in various PSU Banks
Application Fee : Rs.600/- (Rs.100/-  SC/ST/PWD candidates) to be paid Online.

How to Apply for CWE :  Candidates need to apply Online at IBPS website from 26/07/2016 to 13/08/2016 only.
